Posing for maternity session | Utah family photographer | Ella & Dillon

As a Utah family and portrait photographer I have found that posing for maternity sessions can be pretty scary for most. So I wanted to share a few of my tips and tricks on how I love to pose maternity sessions here in Southern Utah to help my clients feel comfortable and get those gorgeous shots you know they are wanting.

I love love love maternity sessions. There is so much excitement in the air for a families new addition and journey they are about to face together. I love to pose my couples as I would during an engagement session and use poses that help highlight Momma’s cute bump. This could mean that I take a pose and adjust a little so we can see the bump better, or use poses where you can already see it.

Also can we talk about how gorgeous Ella is! She is going to make the best Momma! I am so excited for this gorgeous couple!
